We act for a wide range of clients including individuals, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Most of our clients are based in Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset or Devon but we do have clients throughout the country.

 

We have experience with a wide range of the major accounting software packages. We are able to link up directly with clients utilising the on-line facilities within these packages which means we can work closely with our clients at all times, throughout their accounting period.

 

These facilities enable us to review clients’ data and make any adjustments that are necessary, whilst our clients continue to process their daily transactions. Any adjustments that we make are then imported using the on-line facility.

 

 

The Tax Authorities are channeling additional resources into collecting more Tax and VAT. As a result, all businesses are now much more likely than ever before to face an enquiry, whether random or targeted.

We have teamed up with Premium Credit so that we can offer our clients the facility to spread the payment of our fees over a 10 month period for a small interest charge.

This has proved very popular with our existing clients, particularly in times when cash flow has been a headache. By spreading the payment of our fees, it has helped to relieve some of the immediate pressure.

We also offer clients quarterly billing to spread our fees, particularly when we are involved in book-keeping, preparation of VAT returns and payroll.
